Hi! Thank you for visiting my website, and for your curiosity about the CSB (Community Supported Bakery). A CSB is a type of baking club, following loosely along the lines of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), only instead of receiving veggies you get some delicious baked treats! In years past I offered weekly shares, and have also offered once per month shares. This fall I am offering a biweekly pickup (2 weeks per month). The CSB will run from September through November 2017.
When I started the CSB, I did so without committing to any specific treats, which gave me an awesome creative outlet, and allowed me to get a feel for what clients really love. Below you'll see that I have set specific themes for each date, but please note that flavors will not be specified until just before the pickup, and I reserve the right to change the specified treats if needed. This is so I can utilize the best seasonal ingredients available.
My name is Bonnie Nork, and I live locally in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I am a stay at home mother of two children, both of whom are school aged. Baking is an outlet for me to express my creative side, as well as provide a second source of income for my family. Thank you for your support! My marriage and children always come first.
I pride myself on using the best ingredients I can get my hands on, preferring to use whole grains, natural colors, and organic supplies, and to steer clear of hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, GMOs, and other "food" oddities. I am an avid supporter of local agriculture and economics, supporting local producers whenever I can (see footnote for a list of current suppliers). You can taste the quality, the difference, when you sample my baked goods. Many items have won prizes in local fairs and contests, and I have built a devoted clientele throughout the years!

Now for the logistics...
~The cost of a share is $60, an average of $15/week. This is a killer deal; often your box's value will exceed that estimate. Included is enough for 6 servings.
~Payment is due IN FULL prior to September 5. Cash, checks, and PayPal are all accepted. Gift certificates are also available. (To keep the share cost down, no credit cards are accepted for the CSB.)
~Members will have first dibs on holiday orders, including my famous Christmas Cookie Assortments, which will be available on a limited basis this year. Members will also have early access to one of the holiday open houses/bake sales, before it's open to the public!!!
~NEW! CSB members will have full access to the brand new Ice Cream Freezer, stocked with fresh frozen treats for each pickup! Artisan custard based ice creams, sorbets, sherbets, popsicles, and more, all made from premium top shelf ingredients!
~Pickups will be in the evening of the dates above, announced in the weekly email.
~The weekly email will include pickup specifics, serve as a reminder, and let you know what you'll be receiving.
~You must be able to pick up your goodies on the day they're made. I am baking especially for you, storage space is limited, and because I do not use preservatives your treats are best enjoyed the day they're made.
~If you will miss a pickup, please give at least 48 hours' notice. You may arrange for a friend to collect your share for, or instead of, you. No refunds are offered for missed pickups.
~CSB members will have the option of ordering additional goodies to supplement their shares, if desired. Discounts may apply, depending on the treats being offered.
~I must be notified before Sept. 5 of any food allergies or flavor aversions. A variety of items will be offered, but if you truly dislike something, I want to make sure it's not inadvertently forced upon you! Please refer to the past weekly share posts for an idea of what's been offered in previous years.
~Joining the CSB is a fun way to get to know your baker and support a sense of community while enjoying some deliciously gourmet bites! By baking for so many people at once, I am able to offer some amazing assortments that are not available for special orders without minimum ordering requirements.
~CSB space is limited, so please reserve your spot today! Please call or text 541-891-6461 to hold your spot.
~PLEASE NOTE: For this session to work, I must have at least 6 people sign up! The more the merrier, so please share with your friends. In the event that there are not enough participants, I will happily refund any paid club fees. Thanks!

YES, I am offering a smaller version of my baking club for those individuals following special diets! While still treats, these items are wholesome, healthy, and will fit into your lifestyle as the perfect way to reward yourself without feeling guilty. I've tested the recipes myself, and they are OUTSTANDING…in fact, I often bake these versions for my own family.

~You must be able to pick up your goodies on the day they're made. The will freeze very well! My freezer space is limited, so I cannot offer to do that for you.)
